As the world evolves, so do we. For over 65 years, we’ve driven progress, supporting individuals through life’s milestones: a first day of school, a first job, or the first steps towards a healthier life. In the face of a rapidly changing, uncertain world, this work we do—to improve outcomes across education, health, and workforce development—is more important than ever. To respond to this moment, we are launching a new strategic vision that will guide the next chapter of our work and impact. Today’s interconnected challenges need interconnected solutions, and our vision leverages our interdisciplinary strengths to support every person’s journey to learn, work, and be well. Supporting this strategic vision is a new visual identity, reflecting our commitment to collaboration and embodying our long-standing approach to partnership, local leadership, and co-creation. A better world is possible when we #TransformTogether. Learn more at edc.org/vision

This #AAPIHeritageMonth, we celebrate Victoria (Vicki) Manalo Draves, a Filipino American diver who became the first Asian American to win gold at the 1948 London Olympics. Her triumph over societal barriers underscores the power of resilience, inspiring perseverance in the face of adversity. Reflecting on her legacy, her son Jeffery recalls: “She was a famed Olympic medalist, so there was plenty of opportunity to teach us about arrogance and conceit. But instead, through how she lived her life, she taught us the importance of humility.” Learn more about Vicki and her inspiring story here: https://lnkd.in/e6MrVJQH
